As the Giants were celebrating on the field, Bobby Cox stepped out for a curtain call from the crowd. Every single Giants player/coach that was on the field turned and saluted him.

What a tough way to end it. Wasn't easy watching Bobby's press conference. Who ever takes over next year is going to have some large shoes to fill.

I've always hated the braves, but that pic of Bobby cox walking down the tunnel is a great pic. He's been a great manager!!! Wouldn't want to try to fill those shoes!

Many reports are out that Fredi Gonzalez will be the Braves manager, and an announcement will likely be made Thursday. The Braves will hold a press conference tomorrow as a farewell to Bobby.
