Buck Martinez has a beautiful voice....much like a knife sharply scratching against a plate.

Molina is so fat he wasn't even out of his crouch before Lee got to that ball.

Rays tie it and have runners at 2nd and 3rd with 1 out.

Terrible decision and throw execution by Hamilton! Decision costs 3B for the lead run and error costs 2nd base for the trail runner.

Excellent play by Texas to pinch the hotbox runner quickly to avoid advancement by the other runners.

It did look like that, but I don't think he turns to 3rd like he did if he missed him.

WOW.....Cruz misses a HR by inches, then steals 3rd and scores on the bad throw....

Nelson Cruz with a double to left, that definitely should've been a triple. He goes to steal third and Shoppach throws it into left field... 2-1 Texas

Edit: What Tiger said, haha

Cruz makes two bad plays and scores a run thanks to Shoppach's terrible throw. A routine throw nails him easily!

How did he make 2 bad plays? Yes he should have been on 3rd but Cruz has pretty good speed and would score on a base hit from 2nd. Also it was a great play stealing 3rd base, Price never looked at him and caught the Rays by surprise. Even with a good throw it would have been a bang bang play at 3rd.

1) not hustling out of the box and being on 3B with a triple
2) ill advised bad jump off 2B and was hung out to dry, but a bad throw bailed him out from being an embarrassed 3rd out at 3rd breaking a cardinal rule of not running into the 1st or 3rd out at 3B

Great 10 pitch AB resulting in a double by Bartlett, but the ump missed calling strike 3 on the 4th pitch.

Well obviously it wasn't to bad of a play because he gave the Rangers a 2-1 lead.

Yep. On a side note, at my middle of the pack D-3 school we learned covering first to always watch home after hitting the base whenever a runner was on 2nd or 3rd. Not saying Price could have gotten either guys but being in the right position may have made them think twice on running.

2nd steal of home tonight by the Rangers on an infield grounder with a little inattention with the ball at 1st. What is Buck Martinez saying about neither of them hesitated at 3rd -- they both did! This time until he saw them worrying about the call rather than him. And in the first hesitating until he saw the first baseman was going to toss to the pitcher rahter than taking it himself which would have put him moving toward home with the runner in full view.

With a four run lead in the 9th and Lee with 111 pitches, will the Rangers replace Lee to start the bottom of the 9th?
