Interesting stuff! It would be more interesting to me if I wasn't color blind! I had to get my wife to look at it to find the one pitch that I am sure was the strike 3 call on Rolen that he complained about which was the 5th pitch of the AB, just as that one was marked. My wife tells me that there were 4 balls called on pitches that were really inside the box and should have been called strikes. Overall it looks like a pretty good umpiring job!karen lotz;510214 wrote:Apparently Halladay had ONE pitch called a strike that was outside the strike zone. I wonder if Cabrera has seen this.

Did you catch Skippy at Noon on ESPN? He actually compared Halladay's feat last night with Don Larson's perfect game. I mean it was a good performance and all but not even on the same planet with Larson's PG.osu45804;509819 wrote:I think these announcers wanna have sex with Halladay

Back in the day teams battled all season just to be one of two teams at the top of the heap going into the Series. Larsen pitched his gem under the pressure of the Series not in a play-off game. Not even close in being the same.Ironman92;511179 wrote:Yeah......Halladay's performance was way below Larsen's....by about 1 1/2 inches.
It was the closest thing to Larsens in playoff history.
