Orr maybe a little banged up from football but I am sure he will be ready to play. Have heard they may be better than last years team. Time will tell.

I might be wrong, but didn't the Smithies go undefeated last year? If they are better than last year......that is scary.

Should be a strong year but replacing KK, Bates and Beau will be tough. Will be interesting to see how the younger players fair, Bates and Klotzle could make an impact.

Could you imagine if Derek had played with KK last year?

I think he will make up for time lost last year.

The Orr injury was a tough one. Now your always going to have the "what if?"

Would have helped Smithvilles biggest weakness (depth) and would have been another match-up problem not just with his size but with his range. Aren't many D-3 teams who could match-up 6'8, 6'6, 6'4.

I'm also looking for Derek to make up for lost time this season. Hopefully the injury doesn't affect him much.

Smithville will be good, but they lost a lot. The young players will be good, but don't expect too, much the first season.

I think you will be surprised if that is what your expectations are.

Smithville will NOT be better than last year. But they'll still be good. A lot rides on how Orr deals with his injury.

Who are the 6'8", 6'6", and 6'4"? I have Orr and Caldwell. Who am I missing?

I think he was talking about last years team's height. They lose the 6'8". I still think they'll be the favorite at the Wooster district. We'll see on Dec.19th at the Steve Smith Classic.

And outside of the coaches, players, referees, and announcer, I'll be closer to the action than anyone else in the gymnasium! :P
