That suuuuucks. When I was 20ish I was supposed to return a phone and my mom ended up throwing it away before I could send it back....so pissed! I was a broke college kid trying to pay off that massive phone bill for months.

Did you know that the FedEx logo is designed to have an arrow (representing the zoominess of their service) between the E and the X?

If it wasn't scanned, I would think it'd be a service failure on FedEx's part. This is assuming they guarantee visibility. I know at UPS it would be a failure and it would be on UPS.
