...Well Lindsay couldn't stay down and keep herself out of trouble and she's failed (2) drug tests. A judge in CA has issued a warrant for her arrest so it's looking pretty fugly for her.

WTF is her problem?????

Well at least she's going to get some help from the courts on getting cleaned up becuase this violates her probation.

I don't know why these judges let repeat offenders out of their sentences early. Making them stay their whole sentence would give them a better edge on staying sober. I know that drugs aren't the only problem with letting offenders out early. But, clearly it is the main ingredient with "celebrities".

I could care less about her movies or career but for her own good I hope she gets the help she needs.

Once you've been in rehab and/or jail 4 or 5 times and still can't stay clean I'm not even sure what will help. I'm not a fan of her...but her mom pisses me off more than anything. She is clearly in denial that her daughter is as fucked up as she is.

Exactly, Fab. Both her parents have done nothing for her but try to cash in on her success. When she is down (like now, for instance), they are nowhere to be found. How sad that the two people who are supposed to keep you grounded and in control are the ones who capitalize the most from her spiral out of control.

It helps that they are celebrities and can afford better attorneys that those appointed by the state. They have money to pay better pleas, etc. But the overcrowding of jails/prisons lets out EVERYBODY early for sentences like this. Even murderers are getting out early because of the problem.

From what I've seen the mom is a serious enabler who wants to be Lindsay's BFF and not her mom. I suspect as some point in her life the words, "Call me Dina" has been uttered to Lindsay and her sister. Ten to One she has screwed some guy who also hooked up with Lindsay. She is as bad as the drug dealer who is selling her the heroin.

I actually think the dad gets a pretty bad rap. Yeah he has had substance issues couple with some issues of violence (as a resullt of being intoxicated) but I truely believe he has tried to help his daughter get into some form of rehab that is beneficial as he claims it has helped him. Everytime he comes up with a suggestion for her, Lindsay or her mom say he is crazy and refuse to talk to him.

Over/under on how long until we hear about her dying in a drug induced overdose? Too morbid? :D

I'm giving her until 27.

I either hope this happens or the news catches on by that time where a story about her doesn't need to be done once every 2 months.

At what point do the courts just say f-it and let her self destruct? I understand she's broken laws, but do the courts really need to waste their time and money chasing around every screwed up person?

She needs to spend 60 days in jail to clean up and then get the F away from Hollywood and New York and get new friends. I think her party friends are the main problem...That said after he 60 days she can come to Ohio and I will look after her. :)

I don't know... if Amy Winehouse can make it to 27 (and she has), I think anyone else can last at least 5 years longer.

This. I get annoyed with the constant barrage of "look what this stupid bitch did today" headlines that spring up all the time to the point that I know whenever I get on any site remotely affiliated with pop culture, I WILL get the latest news on Lohan, Hilton, etc. Get cleaned up, die, whatever. Just do it quietly.

Seriously. How is it news? It's like being surprised that the sun came up today. I know it was a big deal the first couple a times, but after a while you kinda expect it. How about they get back to us when these girls do something useful?
