My girlfriend's dad worked for a power company in Michigan and used to have to do this stuff. No way would I go up there.

Fuck that.

I am not big on heights that have such a narrow/small area for safety.

So when he hits the ground and his brain splatters, it will stay in the helmet?

Not using a harness is just stupidity. I don't care whats faster in that situation and I thought most would agree with that as well. Not that guy though. Damn.

The wind at 1500 feet would catch the suit and throw your ass off that tower amazingly fast tho. I'd definitely have a parachute at least.

I agree. I would love to see the views like that, but I'm not going to be nonchalant about it.

I go skydiving for those views. Safer.

Never thought I'd say safer after that sentence.

Eh, I would consider it. I like heights.

Also, not harness makes sense. Unless you double harnessed, it would be just as dangerous in the sense that unclipping and clipping the harness forces so much extra work and movement that people would probably tire quicker and get careless.

Oh I beg to differ.

Agreed. I can't do the equation, but gravity has his ass falling to earth fairly quick by the time he hits the ground.

The helmet is so that if he hits his head he doesn't go unconscious as easily and you know, fall a trillion feet to the ground. I would definitely be using the harness at all points. Don't care if it takes extra time.

I'd do it as long as it pays more than $150k a year.
