I am quite sure the Rockets will welcome the " priviledge " of going to Columbus and getting pounded by one of the elite teams. A playoff berth is something special no matter the outcome.

So, is this panic time for Eastwood? I know it's only week four coming up, but losing to Clyde and then getting smacked by Oak Harbor has to draw some attention to what's ahead. Forget Genoa. Woodmore is getting better, Elmwood is showing improvement and winning again, Otsego isn't getting blown out every week, and Lake still is waiting to avenge last year's close loss. I'm not saying Eastwood will lose to all these teams, but are the Eagles in trouble?

Oak Harbor's JV won a close game over Eastwood's JV too. Eastwood has some good looking young players and I expect them to be okay going forward.

Well Genoa and PH will be some trouble, but other than that I see the Eagles beating the rest of the SLL

Still Eastwood is on course for a 6-4 record and sitting at home Week 11. I don't see Eastwood winning 7 this year

I am not a Genoa fan by any means, but their out of conference schedule was Rossford, who has been down but has had some pretty good teams. Oak Harbor which had two down years but are coming back strong with a long history of good teams, and Port Clinton who is improving although they forgot to show up last Friday. PC made a believer out of me last year. They can be scary.

But in all reality then nobody beats Eastwood out of conference games...Clyde, PH, OH, and Rossford. Why did Genoa choose not to play Northwood again this year??

Umm, I think Oak Harbor's OOC is pretty tough lately. Springfield, Genoa, Eastwood.

It was a one year deal so the option wasn't there to play Northwood again. I'd say over the past 10 years Otsego schedules the toughest OOC games. Otsego used to play Perrysburg, Bowling Green, Tinora, and win all three on a yearly basis. I don't see Eastwood doing that. Otsego now plays Anthony Wayne, Evergreen, Hopewell Louden, and Liberty Center. That's a pretty tough schedule and arguably better than Eastwood's.

BG and Pburg havent been that great of football programs the last ten years. And the year Otsego did put all 3 of those teams was when each one went 3-7. I personally would take Clyde, PH, and OH over those 3. just saying..
