That would never happen. Parents wouldn't go for that on their last breath. Just look at little ol' Beallsville at how they're fighting against consolidation.
I could see maybe a Bellaire/Shaddyside or a Bridgeport/Martins Ferry cons. before that ever happens.
But, hypothetically, wouldn't it be wild to possible have a D1 school in the Valley?
We could call the school anything we want, as long as the colors were RED and BLACK!
