As a matter of fact, I am thinking of making a CD of history readings. This would be a hit for two different audiences. One would be for the history lovers and the other would be for those who needed a sleeping aid. Just plug in your "ear buds" and let BRF talk you to sleep. I think it's a winner! '-)

I would like a copy of that. As a history buff not an insomniac

I work night shift, livin the dream? Also I am confused because like I said before, clickclickboom does not attend Mount Union. Therefore I wasn't sure why a college would block a person who's probably has never been to Alliance. This is a great site! MU knows that, silly.

Early on this thread, someone mentioned him going to mount union, so I figured thats where he went. I guess that is not hte right Genoa RB on their roster! haha misunderstanding that's all!

Oh and to be correct, I go to MU which is right down Rt 62 in Canton, Mount is now MUU....sounds stupid, I like MUC better that's where my brother went

Greg Hillabrand is going to Mount Union, so is Blair Skilliter. Both from Genoa, but neither posting on this board. I heard Skilliter is doing well there. He's one of the most explosive football players I've seen, maybe not the best all around back, but could break for a TD from anywhere. I expect good things for Hilly, but I haven't heard anything about his progress?

qb...Mount?

So it's not Hillabrand. Darn. My guess was wrong. Who else was good on that Genoa team that might be playing college ball?

Bassitt? He's playing baseball isnt he?...maybe he's got fall ball practice and that's the practice he was referring to.

Wonnell, Hillabrand, and Wendt are all busy with their respective sports they are playing. I'm not sure on what Bassitt is doing but I did hear he might be walking on the basketball team at BGSU?

Yet some Genoa grad chimed in on this thread "just after practice" to talk about the Comets....so they must not be too busy.

^^^^ Yes true..OG had a rough week with a few (9 or 10 ) suspensions for this game and lost 37-7 to Elida

They could be a scary 7-8 seed in this region.

#5 OG loses to Elida 37-7, # 8 Clearview , #9 Galion, # 11 Port Clinton, # 12 Brookside all lost . #1 thru 4, 6 & 7 all won, #10 Huron plays Sat. so it looks wide open for the # 6 thru # 8 spots. Who do you scout?

WE may end up in one of those 6-8 spots....which would make scouting a whole lot easier! I think the top 4 are going to be pretty solid after week nine. The CF Orrville game will decide a lot.

If OG gets back on track if/when they get all their players back...look out..this team may have a chip on their shoulder the rest of the season...

Reminds me of Orrville last year. We had all our suspensions and injuries early though....started 0-2. Tough team to beat at the end of year though.

Suspensions for OG were for drinking right? I applaud Coach Shriner for holding firm on his decision, even with the losing results. Anyone have the current rankings for the region? I'd do it but, yep, lazy. I'm hoping some Orrville poster is ambitious enough to fill me in. :)

If Orrville doesn't start playing better offense, we could be looking at that 7-8 seed. We have a tough 4 weeks of football coming up, and I would say all are tossups at this point.
