I am not terribly disappointed by the 7th-place Big 10 team losing in South Bend in Kelly's first game by this margin.

gotta love anyone trying to take a shot at RR.

One thing I still see as a problem with this offense is that they really have no chance at 3rd and long, still trying the bubble screens. Hopefully that changes.

scUM is running a straight High School offense. How ridiculous is to believe you can win many D-1 College Football games by only running your QB on draws? Showing Forcier on the sideline pouting is hilarious. UConn is only reinforcing what everyone already knows...The Big East is really THAT bad.

What schools on the quarter system need a QB? Forcier can transfer Monday and be eligible to play next fall.

Who would want the little elf? He really needs to think about a nice D-3 school somewhere.

Great shot of Forcier sitting by himself crying in a towel at the end of the game. Watta pussy. Of course who would want to play QB in that glorified HS Offense? My God I can't believe I'm sayin this out loud...if ND's Defense can keep up the same intensity they showed today they should absolutely destroy scUM.

Michigan looked good today, but Connecticut doesn't have the athletes to compete with them. I bet UM cracks the top 25 next week, but I wouldn't put them there yet.

Michigan loves it some QB keeper. Denard's gonna be lucky to make it through the season without injury.

I think Pat White did ok because he was going against Big East defenses, not Big 10 defenses. He also had a stud RB to take some of the pressure off of him.

That being said, Michigan looked good today, but UConn played poorly on offense. How many times were the receivers going to drop the ball for UConn? As an OSU fan, I'd like to see Michigan do well this season and to renew the rivalry to what it was a few seasons ago.

I also think that if they run Robinson that much he will not make it through the season. He is undersized to be taking that many carries against the much bigger and harder hitting Big 10 teams IMO. Under 200 lbs. he will not make it. His arm did look good though, he threw some darts.

I was thrilled to watch my Michigan team today. Denard looked fantastic running and passing, although I, too, worry about him being able to take the rush punishment of a full season in the Big 10 (11? 12?). His passing is greatly improved and the defense looked MUCH better. No sacks allowed and no turnovers - that alone is a great thing. I know it's a long season, but today was a very bright start. GO BLUE!

of course this offense worked like a charm against Big East fodder.....the only thing that truly impressed me was the UM Defense actually stopping an opposing D1 offense....Great game UM fans....enjoy the victory....and the positive press that UM deserves.

Forcier is gone. I wouldn't be surprised if he has already left Michigan. Man he looked like childish.

Robinson looked tough though. Man. I wasn't picking Uconn per se, but I definitely thought they would give Michigan a scare. Michigan appears to be heading in the right direction. I said the same thing last year though at the start of the season. Let's see if they can keep it going

After yesterday's game, the only words Forcier had for the media were "All you need to know is I'm gone".

More power to you man. Laziness won't get you anywhere in college football.
