I think he will, but it is nice to have a solid backup like Seneca.

I don't know if it's good or sad that our current back-up is probably the second best quarterback we've had in the last 10 years

How is it that Cleveland fan's continue to get excited for each season? I'm not asking to start shit or make a dig.....but if thats who my squad had behind center for an upcoming season I would not be happy.

As an OSU fan....reminds of going into a season with Belisari as QB.

As for Pittsburgh's QB situation....I'm not that worried actually. I think they can go .500 in those four games with Dixon or Leftwich. Then week 6 bathroom boy is back against the mighty Browns!

Because we're real fans and not a bunch of bandwagon hoppers.

Also, I think you're severely undervaluing Seneca Wallace. He's actually a pretty damn solid QB. Jake has a proven track record. Who knows, maybe he finds a Kurt Warner-esque comeback season?

Taking injuries out of the equation, I definitely think he starts all 16. JD was a more than adequate starter in the league up until his abysmal year last year.

And I think some may be selling Wallace short as well. Look around the league at other teams' respective backup QBs. I would venture to guess that Wallace is better than half the backups in the league going into this season.

I'd call it blind faith.

Blahhh your bandwagon crap is tireddddd. I can't help it I was brought up to like Pittsburgh and you Cleveland.....you really need to get a new act and get over it.

I've always liked Delhomme, but he can implode in a heartbeat. As for Wallace....hes done nothing to prove that he is anything more than a backup. Time will tell.

I'd rather see Seneca Wallace at the helm than Jake. With that said, barring injury, Delhomme will start the entire season.

I think he starts all 16 games...but I'd like to see a solid dose of Seneca and Cribbs in the backfield from time to time.

I think he does start all year. Listen, the Browns didn't sign him because they thought he had amazing physical talents that were going to blow us out of the water. They signed him to bring stability to the position and have someone who isn't going to rush and constantly make poor decisions. Jake will throw some picks this year, as he always has, but I don't see him getting the hook. Of course health is a total crap shoot that could destroy this whole thought process.

Barring injuries, Colt McBoy will never start a game for Cleveland.

McCoy looks bad...real bad. He is throwing those dump downs like Quinn threw all year.....hard to watch.

So every Pittsburgh fan is a bandwagon hopper and not a real fan...

Interesting. Moronic, but interesting.
