Do other Chatter visit your Profile page?

Why?

Sometime I do a search of others post or threads but that is a quick look up/ guide of others comments.
I do however think (not sure) if you click on someone Avatar it does take you to their Profile Page? Is that correct no sure? I may have done that once or twice …

What would be a normal reasoning to be going to someone profile pages?

Is there stalking going on in the Chatter?

I used to click on a users name to see some of their recent posts, but was called a stalker by someone. And this person who called me a stalker was the same person who looked me up on the Ohio Chatter facebook page, went to my profile and has tried calling me out on some of my personal information.

Looking at someone's ohiochatter page = normal
Doing research to look at someone's facebook page = stalker

I'm pretty sure when someone looks you up its because you pissed them off...I know the ones that have checked me out are those I've pissed off. And I piss everyone off.

I've clicked on peoples names just to see their profile for a general reason. Whether it's someone who I tend to agree with or disagree with, some people have some detailed information on their profile.

lol this theory is probably 95% true. Sometimes when i am opening a thread I accidentally click on the user who started the thread.

I've checked out a couple of profile pages when I notice that someone hasn't posted for a while. I just want to see if they've posted on topics that don't interest me or if they've quit posting. I also check sometimes when people say they are quiting to see if they've been lurking or if they really quit.

BTW, I see nothing wrong with someone checking out my faceook page who is on the facebook group, but to search it for me to find dirt is just a little weird. Stalker.

A lot of times I go to click on the thread title, I accidentally bump the mouse right below it (especially when I'm using the touchpad on the laptop) and end up clicking on user names below it.
