In terms of scheduling, it would be nice to see big schools play 2 big teams, but if the Big Ten goes to a 9 game conference schedule that makes it tougher. At the same time, 2 of the 3 can't be bad MAC teams either (Eastern Michigan is the worst team in 1-A football).

2006 - Northern Illinois, Bowling Green, Cincinnati(when scheduled UC was considered on the level of a good MAC team)
2007 - Youngstown State, Akron, Kent State
2008 - Youngstown State, Ohio U, Troy
2009 - Navy(when scheduled they were akin to a good MAC school), Toledo, New Mexico State(several MAC schools could beat them)
This year - Marshall, Eastern Michigan, Ohio U
