DeWitt with a a good take of a 3-2 change-up that went low for two on and one out.

It takes a while to come back from that injury..he's gonna be unstoppable, but not til next year, imo.

Edit: He's still pretty damn good, for a 5th starter.

After a lead-off hit, Volquez gets thru the 6th with 90 pitches and one run. Pretty good for a guy that is trying to regain command after the surgery. Will Dusty run him out for the 7th?

I thought they were low. He has been inconsistent enough not to get those calls.

I like Ondrusek here, he has great down action should get a ground ball or K

Dusty got EV out of there at just the right time! Since he put 8 batters up before Ondrusek is up, he must be planning to send him out in the 8th, and just one pitch thrown to get the 3rd out helps that cause.

Kinda of a dumb question, I got EV in my fantasy league... With Ondrusek getting the last out of the 7th who gets the victory should the game end at 2-1? EV or Logan?

Logan would get the win. Wells has a more justifiable beef on the balla and strikes on his last hitter faced than Edinson has!

Big insurance RBI with two outs by Janish! He did the same thing in Pitt early in the game Wed to pick up Hernandez bad AB.

Janish has been solid in his limited amount of playing time.

Ondrusek may not yet be ready for prime time! Walks the lead-off hitter on four pitches to bring up the tying run right off.

Get that weak stuff outta here. Ondrusek is fine.

I guess he maybe needs to be more purposeful in his use of his warm-up pitches to start the inning. After that first batter he was fine! Come to think of it, I don't think he often gets to warm up outside the bull-pen.

Cordero fucks up again by walking several batters. You have to be kidding me. Send his ass back to single A, because I know better pitchers at the high school level.
