We also have my in-laws' '06 BMW X5 parked at our house available for use, but technically it is their vehicle (it doesn't fit into their garage, poor home design!).

Manhattan Buckeye;442523 wrote:Its more about the poor design of the house, I have no idea why they skimped on the garage but they should have built a 3 car, instead it is 2 car and a very tight 2 car garage at that. My MIL drives an X3 (I think it is an '08) and my FIL just got a Lexus sedan - not sure which one. Their other daughter has a Volvo SUV and it barely fits in it. It actually works out well because for years we didn't own an SUV and it was nice to have the X5 available if we needed to transport any large items - i.e., our dog's crate.
