...and I wasnt letting my emotions get in the way of anything. I was speaking from what I know, have seen, and have been told over the years. My dad is a lawyer, uncle is a judge, uncle is a lawyer, step uncle is a captain of a police force. This type of shit wouldnt have charges attached. Only reason it may now is because of the notoriety the video has brought.

Other reports also state that the guy swung on Huerta first! What was Huerta supposed to do and what about the last portion of his quote; what if it was your mom, sister, or spouse?
