I was going to say, Boehner has set a pretty good standard in that area. It's not easy to do, and I give him credit for doing it.

Then he should proclaim it and rally others. He should compare himself to the major collectors of other people's tax money and run on that point. If it is well known in SW Ohio, then he needs a bullhorn for the rest of the USA.
