IF both were eligible I'd have to say Michigan would be more likely to get blown out. Notre Dame was in many of their games, just couldn't finish the job.

Notre Dame isn't going to turn down a bowl game. They need the extra practice time and everyone needs money, even Notre Dame. They will go beat down Central Michigan in the Little Caesars Pizza Bowl.
