Way way back in the day (i'm talking 1940s here) my name was a common male name. Then it started to shift and became more popular for girls, now its not a common baby name at all anymore.

I still like it though

I have an uncle named Tracy, and my grandpa's best friend who just passed away last year was named Leslie...but everyone called him Bill since his middle name was William.

I have a step uncle (sounds weird, lol) named Kim. He never got made fun of for his name. Probably because he's a huge dude and people were afraid of him.

No but close

I doubt people will guess it. I'm not sure many people realize my name was a guy's name ever. I first learned it was while reading an Ayn Rand novel ...
