Y-town - I remember Cooks. Mainly because you could not stand to drink enough of it to impair your memory.

My little league baseball coach drank this...What ever happened to the generic black label beer?

Ah the old generic beer. I was too young to ever enjoy one of those although I have always wondered what it would have tasted like.

Supposedly it was good old Falls City Beer (the local rotgut in Louisville, KY, like Hudepohl or Weideman in Cincinnati) in the generic cans, at least in most of Ohio Valley. Falls City Brewing was something of a brewer-for-hire in those days - in fact, they brewed the "Billy Beer" you bought in the eastern two-thirds of the US.

Even on a humid August day after Eli Zook ate a dozen pickled eggs?I would rather guess skunk piss.

I'm not worried about Eli, his last shower was two weeks ago and his ass would be glued shut, it's his wife Esther I would be worried about.

Usually between $14-!5.50 for a 30 of PBR. Worth the extra 50 cents over Busch Light or the shit that is Natty IMO.Bio-Hazzzzard;426758 wrote:I love PBR but where I live it's expensive. I can buy an 18 pack of busch light for a dollar less than a 12 pack of PBR

If you stuffed a dead fish with Limberger cheese and left it out in the sun for a day, that is what Esther's snatch smells like.

I went to Bowling Green and you can get a 30 pack of 'stones for 9.98 if you know the right stores to go to in town. 15.50 would get you 42 beers compared to your 30 PBR, and since neither one is exactly a premium beer, get as much as you can.

I'll still take the 30 PBR over the 42 "Stones. Nice beer math though.

I don't always drink beer, but when I do I prefer Natural Light.
