I know some teams are holding their pre-season practices right now (voluntary of course, lol) and I for one am ready for the season! Anyone else gearing up for some late August soccer action??

We are at the Adidas National Showcase this weekend, have team camp Mon-Fri and then to Middletown for the Ohio Elite Nike Showcase.
Already have played two torunaments and an 8-match summer league with varsity (returning players) and JV (new players) squads. We should be ready to roll when August 9 comes along.

We will be right at 8-10 days. We bring in college coaches to do team camp, excpet for one day which we run. Dad coach for summer league retuning players (we used two days here when he was out of town); paid outside coaches for the two earlier weekend tournaments. So that puts us at 3, plus 3 at Strongsville and 2 at Middletown. Debating whether to use one for Alumni match and one extra one or not. All voluntary, of course.
