Maybe if you had lost your patience with the actual 'jumpers' who get on here with the sole purpose of starting shit with us good fans, it wouldn't have come to this.

And comments like the one above aren't being 'dicklike' or 'assholish'?

Ummm...no. That was called a joke. You know from the Massillon threads that I'm not one of those guys that don't think Massillon has any championships.

Toledo OHIO, has more Michigan fans that OSU fans. Your a moron. So people who live in Cincy can not root for Louisville? I was at Ceder point the other day and yup lots of Michigan fans there too. Your just a home town loser who thinks anything out of Ohio sucks.

No problems with Louisville. Just Michigan fans from Ohio

Meh... I grew up in west liberty. Hour from Columbus, two hours from Cincinnati, long way from Cleveland. I couldn't just "go to a game" growing up. I had to watch what was on tv. I became an MJ fan and Dan Marino/Dolphins fan at a very young age. Been a Reds fan my whole life because they were the only professional sporting event we would ever attend. Fab, while it's from the heart, I think your assessment is inaccurate. I don't feel the need to root for the bengals or browns or cavs. I don't stay true to my state. I stay true to my childhood. I chose my teams then, and I'm sticking with them.

So you just admitted that youre a bandwagon Dolphins/Bulls fan. Congrats man! Also a hypocrite as you rooted for the Reds which means you didnt root for the Browns/Bengals because they weren't "good" at the time. Sorry dont tell me that the Bengals/Browns weren't on TV. Growing up I never went to a game either, wasn't until High School that I started going. I still developed a liking to Cleveland sports.

Thanks. I was a little kid. So you're arguing with a 5 year old.

Not arguing, just pointing out the flaws in your rationalization for the teams you picked.

Nah, that's ok. Your shenanigans don't work on me. I honestly don't care how loud and obnoxious you can be in your response. As a 5 year old, those are the teams I started to like, and I stuck with them.

No "shenanigans" here just no respect for people who dont root for their home teams. It's like rooting for the Brittish in the revolutionary war because they were "better" and supposed to win.
Fab1b was spot on btw in the first post.

LOL. Home? As far as cities, Columbus is as close to "home" as it gets. I'm a Reds fan. Should I also be an Indians fan? Based on what you say, I have to be. I'm a Dolphins fan, however, I like to see the Bengals succeed. Should I also be a Browns fan? Based on what you say, I have to be. Now, when OSU plays Cincinnati, BGSU, OU, Toledo, Miami (of Ohio), Akron, Kent State, ITT... Who should I root for then?
I'm not buying it.

There are no flaws in the teams he picks.
You're a flaming homosexual for trying to criticize someone's fanhood.
Who the fuck cares? He roots for who he roots for. It doesn't affect your life, so fuck off.
It doesn't matter WHY he likes a team, it only matters that he likes them. Everyone has different reasons for rooting for a team. Who REALLY cares about people who only root for a team because they were successful during the time period when most people develop a strong feeling of love for a team? The only people that care are weak and insecure with themselves.
I like the Florida Gators. The reasons why are irrelevant, because if you actually give a shit that I like both the Buckeyes and Gators (a team that until 2007 no one in this state had a reason to hate) then you are a WEAK piece of shit, and I would almost feel bad for you if you weren't such a shithead.

This weeks sign of the apocalypse: rooting for the British in the Revolutionary War is the same as a person in Ohio rooting for the Miami Dolphins.
Just when I thought I heard it all, we have to read garbage from Commander saying someone doesn't deserve respect because of the team they root for.
FYI, I updated my facebook status last night, commander. You probably already knew that though.

My school district was in two different counties growing up. The school was in one county, and I lived in another. To what county do I stay loyal? I'm starting to get hives.

Also way to recycle the same joke which wasn't funny the first time. Perhaps I should recycle the comment I made about updating my profile on OC since you go there so often?

No because if you were raised right you should have been an OSU fan since birth. Thus while at school should have maintained loyalty to OSU.
