Miami had Coker, and was from the Big East. And there's Kansas State and Notre Dame. Not all that impressive when it comes down to it.

I remember going into the 2006 game against UF, I wanted to see what OSU/Tress could do against another quality program with a stellar Coach, and from a competitive conference because up to that point, I didn't see anything(and now referencing Devil's point up above about 3 straight BCS wins). Well, as I suspected, not all that well. ;)

Yeah, beating one of the most talented teams in Miami isn't impressive even when the whole country thought you would get crushed.

You can take your 7 loss season once again while we take our 5th straight B10 title, 10 win season, and head to the Rose Bowl. Yes, OSU has had some trouble lately against the top teams but their still an elite program that will always be in BCS bowls like this year with a very good chance of winning.

What bowl will UM be going to?

do you mean the national title they won that was the first in what 30 plus years? the one that was so long ago many dont remember it? and how many consecutive bcs bowl losses have they suffered lately? and 5 straight big ten titles as i recall one was shared with PSU who defeated OSU on the field at the shoe. only the crappy big ten wouldnt have a tie breaker. and by the way winning the big ten is hardly criteria for measuring if a team is elite. the big ten is garbage. a 0-9 record against the sec, wow now thats elite

Do you consider Oklahoma to be an elite program outside of this year with the Bradford injury?

OSU will pretty much make the BCS Bowl every year because it's a crap conference.

First of all, I'd like to thank bot Stanford and Arizona for shitting the bed last night.

Now, onto the real question: I'd rather see us play Oregon State. having seen both on TV, Oregon State's offense is a bit more conventional, not as much zone read and faking that Oregon does, but they do run the hell out of the middle draw with Rodgers.

it goes in cycles in the 90's you had florida state , miami, nebraska, now you have florida . usc was a elite team but they have fallen, but could very well rebound quickly. even as far as usc has slipped the still good enough to win the big ten. didnt they beat the big ten champs on the road. it really doesnt matter i'm not the one proclaiming any one to be elite. but i have noticed buck fans like to think of their program as being being elite. wake up brutus , you cant hang with top level programs and that is fact. and that cant be disputed, by the way the bucks have been blasted in big games against top notch non conference opponents lately
