Ross's basement, there's room since the McCloud kid from Dayton moved out the day after that playoff loss to Mooney a few years back.

So where are some nice places to eat in Steubenville and what is the best way from Steubenville to Kennywood?

Naples is good, haven't been to the new Italian restaurant on sunset yet but I hear good things. Best bet to KW is jump on 22 east and almost a straight shot to Pittsburgh.

I forever want to thank people who support Parochial schools, when they whine about other teams recruiting.

As has been pointed out on other threads, only two players who transferred to Big Red over the past twenty years have gotten college scholarships. If we are drawing all the talent from throughout the area, why aren't these players producing?

A few months ago, someone posted the whole list of Big Red players who have gotten college scholarships on a different thread. Go look it up.

They are... at the high school level, which is why they were sought after... I mean openly recruited... I mean open enrolled.
Mooney44,
Big Red has only put TWO players that transferred into D1 or D2 schools. I have seen the list. My point was always wondering what kind of great school Big Red is if they are not putting these kids they attract into a college on a scholarship? They boast exposure, they boast having Jim Tressel in attendance, they boast playing all these top notch schools, they boast state championships, but they do not produce the product they are advertising. All they want is specific players that fit into Big Red's system and win SHS a high school championship. Nothing else. If the kid is good enough, the offers would have been there no matter where they went, not because they chose Big Red.

SoS-- Just this current year we are putting four players into college with scholies. We have at least three from the class of 2011 that will be going into Div. I. I don't know of any other school in the valley that can come close to that record.

...ok enough ragg'n on Steubenville. There is quite a few nice people and things there like;
1. A bridge that takes you away from Steubenville

2. A combination bar/resturant/Ohio license bureau...we all wish we had one of these..right?

3. A giant flea market

4. ..and finally at Shrine to Dean Martin

...See, there are lots of things to see and do in the "burb of the burgh'
