I appreciate you helping the Mets out by at least taking one from the Phillies ... oh wait, nevermind. Ughhh, I hear you guys rant all the time, but wow the Tribe DOES fucking suck ...

I thought you were gonna say thanks for giving the Mets the wins. My response was gonna be your welcome, but we gave the Phils some as well...

Now you know not to question us. When we say our team blows, we arent being like the Yankee/Red Sox fans and overreacting. We really do BLOW!

Kerry Wood BLOWS literally. The biggest waste of 10 mill ever.

What are ya bitchin' about, you got your three wins. Look on the bright side, at least the blind squirrel didn't find the nut and actually stumble across a win against you guys. If you would have swapped the Phillies uni's for White Sox uni's we wouldn't be having this conversation. :D

I was sitting at home watching the game. Fun game; back-and-forth the entire way. Wood comes in. I think everyone knew that the best-case scenario was extra innings. Choo would have been justified if he beat Wood to death with one of his homer-hitting bats after the game.

I just checked the ongoing box score for today. Look at the bright side. Today's performance against the Phils probably convinced the Mets to NOT go after Carmona.

Although...I have no room to talk. Last night, with their "ace" pitching, Pittsburgh lost 13-3 to Texas. And Octavio Dotal is right about Woods' level.

Lies. Dotel is nowhere NEAR Wood. Historically, Hoffman and Eck have an argument. Currently, only Mariano can make a case for being as Godly as Kerry Wood.

How in the fuck does someone kick a Cleveland team when they're down?

As soon as he came in and started throwing pitches in the dirt I knew it was over. That guy has to have about 0 confidence left

Indians in a rain delay, currently losing by 9.

Considering the Indians can't score 9 runs in a week, let alone a game, can we just call this thing?

The Tribe specializes in making struggling teams well. First the Mets...then the Pirates...now the Phillies.

For my Pirates, it was a short-term well...that ended as soon as they stepped off the plane in Texas. 6-3 loss on Tuesday, 13-3 loss last night, I can only imagine how brutally they'll get punted tonight.

Off topic and it may have been mentioned somewhere else on here but I hear that another "Major League" is in the works with Snipes, Sheen, etc.

"We're actually talking about doing one right now. I've written, what I see, as Major League 3. We're putting that together as we speak. It's 20 years later, and Wild Thing comes out of retirement to work with this 19-year-old player. We've actually got three new characters in the new film. And if the new film is popular, they could carry the franchise on."

The OP is a bandwagon traitor. As for the previous poster, 'nuff said. I believe his brother is AC. Hope it makes y'all feel better to kick loyal fans when they're down.

Today I finally realized that the plan might not be working. Hey BRF and Hits....1960's revisited? Repeat after me......Woody Held...Woody Held. To the young tribe fans...no Woody Held is not a masturbatory term...LOL.

How am I a traitor? I was born in Queens, grew up on the East Coast and have been a Mets fan for 26 years, just happened to fall in love with OSU when I was applying to schools and wound up in Columbus for some memorable years.

I was just being bitter. Footwedge: It seemed like Woody Held would strike out every time he was up in an important situation. Hard to believe he "held" the homer record for Indian shortstops in a season until BR's boy beat it a couple of years ago.
