Well, who did we say needed to NOT start? Clark and Findley...
Who gives up the goal? Clark
Who blows a semi-breakaway? Findley
Now, they arent the only players who had a bad half: Altidore, Donovan, Bradley (had bad moments). But lord, I dont see why Clark was even an option?
As for the rest of the game, Buddle needs to be inserted. hell, we might have to go 1 up top and put in another Mid (Feilhaber) because Ghana is just too fast for us in the midfield right now. We cant control it for shit. 1 forward is a risk, but if we can control the Mid with a 5th guy, Donovan and Dempsey can push up further when in possession.

I'm not crazy with worry....yet. Ghana can be opened up. We gotta be more aggressive and watch the mistakes. LETS FUCKING DO THIS!

Clark should never have started. And I'd much rather see Buddle instead of Findley.

Same here, but their speed is cause for MAJOR concern. We have had some open space and mini counter attacks that get about 2 steps before they are closed down. We havent really had a sustained attack of runs and passes because of their speed.

Put Gomez or Buddle in at the start. Findley hasn't impressed me this entire tourney. He has speed....THATS IT. Ghana can be beat with patience......trash the long ball tactic.
