Well, in the upper right hand corner of the screen, you can click on the words "Log Out". And after you've logged out, you can then close the browser window for this site. As a possible third step, you can then remove this site from your bookmarks/as your home page/etc.

Or, if that's too complicated, you can just take a large rock and smash it through your computer screen. That'll do the job, too.
