Windy:

# Last week Cavs were aggressively shopping Delonte West before his Aug. 5 guarantee date. May involve several other players as well. 3 minutes ago via web

According to league sources, the #Cavs and Timberwolves have had advanced talks involving a trade for Ramon Sessions. 5 minutes ago via web

West will be gone soon.

I am hearing West and Telfair for Sessions, Hollins, and a future draft pick. I am telling you, acquiring all these picks will pay off when you can package them together later on.

If so its a pretty good deal for Cleveland as they get Sessions and another draft pick. Hollins is a throw in C who can give 15 mpg so Cleveland doesn't have to waste $$$ going after a C.

Only David Kahn would trade a PG and a Center for 2 PG's. Hell They might as well throw in Boobie

Assuming they cut West, they'd still be left with Flynn, Ridnour, and Telfair. What's the sense in making the deal, if your Minny.

That's just the tweet I read Yahoo Sports, it could be a different trade but the main parts will be West/Sessions. I haven't heard anything from Windy but Yahoo said Minny would probably trade Telfair.

But if thats the trade then well done Grant. I was hoping for Sessions but to get a pick thrown in (if true) is great.

Yeah especially a pick from Minny. That's a hell of a trade.

Good trade for Cleveland, suspect trade for Minny, but wouldn't expect anything more from them.

This would be a good move for the Cavs. I think Hollins has some potential (much more than Koufos) so the fact that he is involved rather than Koufos is a plus.

I've seen multiple reports now that the trade looks like:

Minnesota gets:
West
Telfair

Cleveland gets:
Sessions
Hollins
2013 2nd round pick (will be a high 2nd rounder).

According to a T'Wolves insider, both West and Telfair will be bought out of their deals and Minnesota just dumped both FA signings of last season for salary purposes along with a pick lol.

Loved watching him play, but he really needs to get some help or at least stay on his meds. Poor Gloria....no way she chooses Minny or South Beach.

What is it with the Cavs picking up PG's two years after they have had their best season with the Bucks? 3rd time will be a charm when they pick up Brandon Jennings!

Bron pissed off Jay Z

FALLING OUT!!! JAY Z UPSET WITH THE WAY LEBRON HANDLED FREE AGENCY . . . FEELS LIKE BRON 'DISSED HIM'!!!
July 25, 2010. Jay Z and LeBron James had a VERY close relationship up until last month. Now an EXTEREMELY CREDIBLE insider tells MediaTakeOut.com that their friendship has been STRAINED - and Jigga is HOT!!

Why is Jigga so mad at LeBron. Well our insider explains, "Jay Z was supposed to be able to bring stars to [the New Jersey] Nets - or at least have access to them. [During the time that LeBron was making his decision] he didn't even take [Jay Z's] calls. It made [Jay Z] look like he couldn't deliver to the Nets management."

The insider continued, "If [Jay Z] would have landed a star player, he could have been seen as a legitimate asset to the team. Now they see him as just dead weight."

Well,we're not sure how to think about this. On one hand, it's LeBron's business - and he's gotta do what he's gotta do. But that was kinda DIRTY of LeBron. He could've just gave his man a heads up . . .

Cleveland has 15 picks over the next 5 seasons, BUT a lot of them are going to late picks in the 1st round and early 2nd round.

With that said, a bunch of those picks will be packaged in other deals for players or to move up in the draft.

As for the actual player, Ramon Session was very solid when given the chance to play. He was consistent with consistent PT and inconsistent with inconsistent PT...

Only 24 years old though, so this could be a good pick up, especially in Scott's system.

^^^

Looks a lot like the original cavs colors and logo, with the exception of the two C's on both sides.

'11-1th CLE 2nd-CLE
'12-1th CLE 2nd-CLE
'13-1th CLE 2nd-CLE/MIN
'14-1th CLE 2nd-CLE
'15-1th CLE 2nd-CLE

Possibility of swapping 1st's with MIA in '12.
MIA(via NO) 2nd in '12.
Two 1st's from Miami between '13-'17.
Future 2nd from Miami (via OKC).

Is it 13 or 15? Doesn't matter either way, was just interested in the picks we gathered through trades.
