I know he's been butt hurt about Mike Brown and Danny Ferry.

Maybe Ferry & Potato Head were his inside sources?

I'm not saying he's not good, but ESPN obviously wants to talk about Lebron, and what writer/reporter has more access to Lebron than Windhorst?

I'm sure he's getting frustrated though, and rightfull so. To be out of the loop in the whole Lebron ordeal and rumors running wild, it's probably hard to get control of everything.

Windy has been doing things for ESPN before the whole LeBron FA circus took off though.

Broussard:

Cleveland is trying hard to buy a draft pick and if the above scenario doesn't happen, they may buy the 17th pick from Chicago. One of the players the Cavs are targeting is Kentucky guard Eric Bledsoe, whom some believe could turn into a Rajon Rondo-type player.

^ Better get a move on. Chicago might trade it to the Clippers with Deng for the 8th selection.. wouldn't happen until later, but they're looking into it.

I just wanted to pass this along. I have a high powered friend a former agent who is friends with Lebron who said Lebron has three big feelings about last season and his future in Cleveland. None of these are huge reaches or probably anything new but this is summed up by my friend after talking to LBJ last week. The first is that the Shaq trade was a huge bust (umm really? who didnt think that) second the Delonte needs to go ( prolly did bang his mom) and third he thinks Mo Williams needs to come off the bench next year. He also said he truly believes Lebron doesnt know what he will do next year.

I have read that Memphis called and talked about O.J Mayo and some other stuff for Paul if he was available.

If that is the case, Cleveland has less than a 0% chance of getting him even if available because they have nothing like that to offer if that is the kind of bid teams are willing to make.

There is no such thing as less than a 0% chance.

With that said, it's very unlikely the Cavs get him or that he's even traded to begin with.

Few more rumors:

VC for Arenas
Al Jefferson for Zach Randolph
Jameer Nelson and VC for Paul and Posey
Celtics might try to move Perkins to get a higher pick
Joe Johnson wants to be a Bull
Ellis and the 6th pick available
Jefferson and the 4th

Who knows what to believe at this point......Looks like some stuff is going down tonight

Side note: Bosh is no longer a predator

I still think it would be the death of that franchise if they trade him. However, I did find one tidbit kind of interesting in that story:
calls to New Orleans general manager Jeff Bower on Chris Paul(notes) were met with an unmistakable response: Don’t bother. No engagement, no discussions. The Hornets’ franchise star was untouchable.

This has changed now. Bower still hasn’t started to shop him
The GM hasn't started shopping him, nor has said he is shopping him, but has said in the past he is untouchable. The owner (who won't be owning him much longer) is sending out "mixed signals" and now we are supposed to think Paul is suddenly touchable?

I heard that the Cavs were in talks with the Lakers to trade LeBron for Adam Morrison, straight up.

Not sure if anyone is listening, but Chris Bosh is filling in for Golic this morning on Mike and Mike and seems to be a pretty bright guy and it is interesting to hear him talk about this offseason.

I heard some of this on my way into work. Bosh seems to be very well spoken and intelligent. He mentioned that there never was any "summit" between the big name free agents but did mention that it's possible that they could talk over the phone in the near future.

I look for Cleveland to work with the Ellis/6th deal the most at this point. Put that guy on a winning team and he'll change, he needs some new scenary with a positive environment. GSW have fueled a young kid with a lot of confidence to go in the wrong direction with his attitude, but that 6th pick is something that Cleveland wants. Also, the Cavs and Warriors have been working together numerous times on multiple deals for the past two seasons so the conversations have been there.

Then I hope they move to the Jefferson/4th trade option that seems to be floating out there.

If they don't have to give up all their assets, which they won't, to make those trades happen then we may be able to turn those lottery picks into a larger deal.

Being out in California sucks but I think I am caught up on all the rumors.

All I know is Cleveland will have a new backcourt next season.

Heard him say he would be open to a sign n trade with the Cavs if Lebron called him. Damnit Bron.........GET ON THE PHONE!

He sounds like hes open to anything at this point, I dont think any of these guys have their minds made up. I thought it was interesting that he said Wade might not have made up his mind even though Wade has said he would like to stay in Miami.

I agree. I dont know which one I like more but I would def like to see the Cavs pursue either the Jefferson/4th or Ellis/6th deals. Tonight and next week is going to be interesting.

I think Bosh is saying all the right things so to not eliminate anyone. However, I do think he would have to consider a sign and trade with Cleveland if Lebron sticks around. I just don't know what the Cavs can offer Toronto that they would be interested in?

You offer Toronto whatever they want. Hickson, Varejo Mo, Delonte, future picks, etc...I'm not saying that its going to happen but if Bron were to convince him to come to Cleveland he could leave for nothing OR the Raptors could get some players in return.

I don't think the Cavs have the pieces to land Bosh.

I'm keeping my eye on CP3. If he somehow ends up getting moved to NJ, God help us if you want LBJ to stay. He'll be as good as gone, IMO.

The Cavs don't have the pieces to get CP3 either. If the rumor about Mayo is true, it's obvious that the Cavs have no chance.

Hmmm...I'm looking over my post trying to see where I even IMPLIED that the Cavs would get CP3 (by the way, I DIDN'T). My comment was if CP3 gets moved to NJ, which wouldn't shock me at this point, I think LBJ might follow.
