Its what FIFA should do. Although I'd also ban him from ever doing another WC again.

Probably the right decision. He is relatively young in his career. Surprised he got this tourney without doing my Fifa stuff. African Cup of Nations is huge and he did the final, but that isnt Fifa. I dont know if he has ever done a big Fifa event (there really arent many), but to shove him into the WC without anything else is rough.

Horrible call. Hopefully he gets a little more experience before they bring him back the next time. To me the missed call wasn't as big a deal as the way he handled it. Not owning up to the mistake and refusing to answer players when asked what the call was, was a much bigger deal. Obviously this guy didn't catch any of the Jim Joyce/perfect game hoopla

I liked the fact that they said today even the Slovenia team said they didn't even see a foul either. He probably will never do another WC or Fifa event again and rightfully so.
