Does anyone know when the last time a number 8 seed has been crowned regional champs????
Congrats to #8 seed Marion Franklin on beating a very good Louisville team, also a great Olantangy Orange team, and last but not least way to get your pay back on BrookHaven in the regional championship. Hope you guys win the whole thing.... Good Luck against Winton Woods

Ironton was a 8 seed team in 99 when they were state runner up.

Norwalk St. Paul was an 8 seed in '06 and won their region. I believe they were region 22 at the time.
