I made a post a few weeks back about being blah but man I can't shake it. It has to be work but honestly I love my job and there isn't any issues but I am thinking possible burn out. On the weekends I have felt fine, happy, hanging out, etc....but I get up Monday morning and through Thurs night (I work 4x10's Mon - Thurs) it's like I am miserable!! I don't know!

Nah I love my girl and sex is great, its not my relationship, my girl, etc....I only feel this way during the week it has to be work but I can't find anything at work that is nagging me. I might just cut someone's head off just see if that helps! :)

Shit, to only have to work 4 days instead of 5 would be liking dying and going to heaven for me.
I work 5 x 10's + other shit on the wknds from the house.

I do feel for you bro & I hope things get better so you get out of you funk and look at it this way, at least your not

I think my issue is not my normal schedule, I love 4x10's but I have been picking up alot of OT on the weekends and finding myself lately with little relaxation time. Really not much end in sight though as I committed to OT already this weekend and am heading to Atlanta next Thurs - Sun to referee a HS Wrestling tournament on top of everything. Maybe by the end of the month as my weekend is free then I can chill and clear my mind.

I am, ref'd in Florida now for 12 seasons. Grew up in Ohio wrestling since the age of 3. Wrestled for Oak Harbor then 2yrs in the Navy before my competing ended due to injuries. I love ref'ing, actually heading up to Atlanta to ref this tournament will be a nice break from reality as I haven't been on the mats since the Florida HS State Championships in Feb.

I'm just coming out of about a 5 month funk. It was 100% caused by a friendship gone wrong w/ a co-worker.
