What is the deal with this series? I've never played it or really looked into it much. What is the gameplay style? It isn't an RPG is it?

no its not an rpg at least what I remember of the first one it wasn't it. it is like connan but 100xs better. I just never could get into to it. how does it play now on the ps3? because I was going to ask my wife to get this for me for christmas, unless I should run out right now and buy it lol.

I bought the collection and pre-paid for God of War 3.. I got 2 Demos! God of War is the best game(s) ever made.

All I have to say is that GOD 3 demo is BAD ASS!!!!! I'm going to beat GOW 1 & 2 and then can't wait for the real GOD 3 to arrive on the PS3. That game is going to be intense and insane.

Graphics are freaking awesome, the blood and gore of ripping bodies in half, knocking off heads, riding a giant and killing enemies, FREAKING AWESOME game.

This is on the top of my list of games to get in 2010 after playing the demo.

Definitely picking it up within the next week or so..

This past week I just got MW2, L4D2, and AC2....

So, I need to give myself some time to play these games before I buy another lol.

I rented AC2 and would get the GOD collection over it.....

The demo is impressive and can't wait to get the real thing.

I love the Assassin Creed series.

I'm getting into GOW 1, never realized how good these games are. Especially for games that are years old now...... I'm stoked for GOW 3 and it's going to take me a good bit of time to beat GOW 1 & 2.

I just watched the demo's for both GOW collection and GOW3. I think I'll be buying both. They look bad ass!

I'm still on GOW 1 and I really like this game!!! I'm becoming addicated to the series and still have 2 more to complete....

Yeah, I am working on GOW1 at the moment as well. I haven't played it too much yet. I just got to the point where I kicked over the huge statue.

Just put my order in, should arrive Tuesday, can't wait to get started, I didn't even know they were coming out with this. I think I rented it years ago but didn't get to play it for some reason, gonna be fun.

I've been thinking about picking up the GOW collection, and you guys have pretty much convinced me to do so. May have to run to Best Buy or somewhere like that this afternoon and pick it up.
