BAD officiating all game. When every 4 minutes or so, you hear the commentators say "That's not a foul", that's not good. Another bad one on Artest right there.

Also, they review a call and still get it wrong?

I am a neutral spectator for these finals that feels robbed. Sloppy game by both teams because the refs never let them play.

^I agree but neutral fans should feel robbed because the quality was not near what it could be.

LOL, I heard that too.

And I agree with Hb, didn't cost anyone the game. They weren't great but they weren't one sided.

yeah but when series are considered great sometimes it's just because of one or two games that decide it, the early games become forgotten anyway

since it's 1-1 nobody will remember these first two games but there's some good stuff to come, more than likely

DAMN... If you would have told me we'd score 103 points and win by 9 with KG & Pierce going 4 for 16 and 16 points.... I'd say you're a dumbass lol..... What else can you say about Rondo 19, 12 & 10 ... Rondo is BEAST.... Tie Series coming home!!!

Deja Vu. Celtics gave the Lakers their first home playoff loss in 2008 and they do the same in 2010. Now the next three games are in Boston.....ouch!

I'm gonna play peacemaker lol...... Kobe was hesitant b/c the officials were fucking terrible.... he had 5 fouls w/ 11 minutes to go so he wasn't able to be Kobe and be aggressive...

Are you sure it wasn't just that the C's have an answer for Kobe?!

LMFAO...

HAHA.... Well Rondo's last two plays where he blocked the 3 and then poked the ball away before Kobe could get off the shot were the difference late... Rondo is just in another world right now... We need to get SOMETHING from KG in game 3 ... Maybe LA gave him a uncomfortable bed and he couldn't sleep I don't know lol.... But nice spark also from Baby, Sheed & Nate Robinson as well.

I have to give credit where it's due; in the refuse to lose category tonight, Rondo totally outshined Kobe. Rondo simply got to the lose balls/rebounds when #24 was in the area.

No ref was going to be the one that calls foul #6 on Kobe in LA. He could've been aggressive.

MVP of this game goes to Ray Allen, put on a shooting clinic.

Should be interesting as the series shifts back to Boston. Celtics haven't been stellar at home this season or even in the post season but that crowd always takes it to another level for the Lakers and I think you'll see the players feed off that. Whoever takes 2 games is taking the series IMO as Boston has now shown they aren't afraid to go back to LA.

Should continue to be a great series.

Agreed. There was already evidence of it, when he went up to block that Ray Allen lay up--that was a foul, especially the way they had been calling the game. They weren't about to foul Kobe out in the 4th quarter. Say what you want about him going up straight, he left his feet, was inside the circle and he fouled Ray Allen, period. No call. I'm not bitching, the only interest I have in this series is that as a fan of the game, I want to see some epic shit. So I want Kobe in there, but that was definitely a foul. Had nothing to do with aggressiveness--he just didn't have it. Guys don't have it EVERY night, Kobe, LeBron, MJ, there is no exception. He didn't have it down the stretch. 1-1, on to Boston to fight another day.

krazie--BTW, I fucking love your sig. I've been in this argument with my grandpa recently, about how this younger generation has no morals and all this crap. I always say, first of all, you raised us. And second, why the hell would we listen to you guys and do what you did? Look where you've put us--in a hole to dig ourselves AND you out of.

Yea I mean especially with Van Gundy's comments recently. Who is going to be the one that fouls out Kobe in LA in the NBA Finals in a close game? Not going to happen.

and thanks, yea I think every generation thinks the next one is lazy, entitled, doesn't know the meaning of hard work, blah blah blah when in reality every generation makes their mistakes and every generation has a set of problems that the previous one didn't have to face (student loans is an example for this one).

Celtics are 7-2 at home this post-season. They are playing better there now than they did in the regular season. The Lakers are just 4-4 on the road this post-season.

That was definitely a foul on Kobe, but I didn't expect the refs to foul out Kobe in a close game. Just the way it is.
