I think that my wife summed it up pretty well the other day. She told me that when she first started out (Oprah) and for a number of years she enjoyed watching Oprah, but eventually she just got tired of the same old same old and quit watching. Love her or hate her, I think her show just ran it's course and she was probably tired of doing it anymore.

She apparently has her own NETWORK starting up and so her show will be moved to her new network. ARRRGFHHHH Just when I thought it was safe... :) Never have much cared for her, but by now just let it end!

I think Oprah is a major example that anyone can make it this United States.

She is non-attractive, overweight, anoying, minority & female on television

No one should have an excuse for non succeeding.

Cable network to be called The "O" or something like that. Never really enjoyed her show, and of course her political leanings didn't gel either.

I'm not a huge fan of Oprah, but i've never understood how people can have such animosity for her?

Yea, she might have different views, but what makes her so terrible? People act as though she is the spawn of satan.

yes the OPN or OWN I believe is what they are calling it.

The discovery health network is getting canceled for this stupid chick to have her own network. I don't get what is so good about her. I would punch her in the face if I had he chance.
