the one thing i do agree on is that notre dame does have a fanbase all over the country. When I was in LA for the rose bowl, i was at a sports store in a mall and they had usc, ucla, and notre dame merchandise. Same with the pro teams for steelers..san diego, oakland, san fran, and pitt.

btw rock saying someone else cant admit when they are wrong when you cant either. you just come back with who cares????
Who is complaining Michigan won't schedule ND?

The bigger LOL is for the bucknutz who say the 3 Big Ten teams Notre Dame has long standing rivalries with should boycott them in an effort to get them to accept an invitation.
The Big Ten did that once before. It didn't work then, it won't work now. The best way for the Big Ten to strong arm ND into the conference would be to gut the Big East.

^^^^^You posted that ND fans are complaining about UM not wanting to play them when that isn't the case. You have ZERO credibility!

^^^^^You have the brain capacity of a worm! No one's complaining you fool, I posted an article and aked why this isn't official, that's all. I don't want to see this rivalry end but ND doesn't need Michigan or any other Big 10 school if they want to back out. There's plenty of other good programs willing to sign on, ND football and it's popularity will be just fine.

Based on whatever you want to base it on. People outside of ohio do not care about ohio state.

For starters, that noon kickoff time doesn't help. You'd think the Big 10 would want to put it's "crowned jewel" on prime time.

The Big Ten does not allow November games to be schedule in primetime. You will never see that game scheduled past a 330 start. It has also been a pretty strong tradition for as long as I can remember that the OSU UM game is played at noon. 2006 was the exception because of both teams being undefeated.

Same goes for Texas Oklahoma. That game is almost always played at noon.

Also, the Big Ten doesn't schedule the start times. All dictated by TV networks.

So, the Big Ten doesn't schedule start times but it does have the power to say no November primetime games? Interesting.

Obviously neither of you understand how game times are decided. The conferences can lay out certain rules that the networks must follow if they really want to have that conferences games on their network. The Big Ten has told all networks that they cannot schedule November games to start in primetime. It is that simple.

So in the end, I did not contradict myself, Big Ten lays out some rules but the networks decide the actual start times.

I understand it fine. The Big 10 says here is what you can do.

Ok, so you can't schedule November games in primetime. Ok, well the network dicates when it can be played then. 12,1,2,3,4,5,6.

The Big Ten doesn't schedule the start times, they just say when they can be started. They give the networks a list of when games can be played, and they in turn choose which of those times will work.

It's not that hard.

Rocky Kunt up to his old tricks again...when he clearly doesn't have a clue what he is talking about he just starts calling his intellectual superiors "assholes" or screaming "fuck you all"...etc, etc or he blocks out all contradictory opinions like he does mine. But thanks to other ND dumb asses they reply with my posts attached so my ol' pal Rocky Kunt gets to see how much I've missed his ridiculous diatribes that only reinforce the image of a knuckle dragging, slobbering river rat from Steubenville.

What's funny is that Tiernan's post was just a gigantic ad hominem attack, which he blames "Rocky Kunt" for having referred to. Not exactly proving he's intellectually superior. :s
