There's no question that deficit spending was bad under Bush particularly in his last couple of years in office. But when you stop and think about it, who controlled Congress in those years? That's right....the Democrats. And who controls the purse? That's right....Congress.

Now that BHO is in the White House the spending has become exponentially worse.
