I'm glad Homer didn't get a loss as good as he looked after the first.

5 game road trip, need to win 3 or 4.

Leake vs Hanson on Thursday afternoon will be the big game out of these 5 and nobody will get to see it. Cueto vs Carmona on Saturday also.

Braves' starter tomorrow Kawakami is 0-6, but his ERA (5.79) is lower than Harang's (6.07).

I think Harang will have a good game. Last game he only gave up 2 homers into the front row.

Harang looks so much better now than at the start of the season. I really do think that the change in his delivery that added a couple MPH to his fastball was throwing him off. Now, he has adjusted to the change and is able to spot his pitches much better.

Well I'll be there Saturdays for my bachelor party, soooo I'm not sure about Saturday. I'm guessing it'd be at least on sto though.

Harang started to throw better.....pretty much imediately after all the talk of moving him to the bullpen started up by the media and they asked Baker a few times if they would move the harangatang

This team is really playing special right now. If this were a team in the larger markets, ESPN, Fox Sports, SI, et al. would be talking non-stop about this story.

I believe so. The TV guide has Yankees/Mets slated for 7PM EST. The Reds/Indians are also part of the Fox Saturday broadcast at 7PM. I assume that will be the game Ohioans will get.

Just looked on Fox Sports website and it has nothing listed under TV for Saturday's game.

My guess...it's on STO.

EDIT

Just scrolled ahead on the guide on my TV....no game on STO or FSOhio. And the Yankees/Mets is the 7 PM game on FOX.

Yes, STO and FSO are NOT allowed to broadcast Saturday night. Not sure if the game will be on anywhere, which seems really strange.

Well if the same rules apply as the afternoon game on FOX then this game won't be seen anywhere on TV, which sucks.

If you had extra innings you might stand a chance to get it, but in my area at least Cleveland, Cincinnati, and Pittsburgh games are blackouts

I just checked though, there are 4 games covered nationally by Fox that day, and Cleveland/Cincinnati isn't one of them. So you are probably right. Since FOX has the night slot, no local broadcasts can be shown during that time. Seems stupid though. Wouldn't they then play the game at 1PM so they could broadcast it?

Saturday, May 22, 2010 (*7:00 PM ET)

* New York Yankees at New York Mets
* Boston Red Sox at Philadelphia Phillies
* Chicago Cubs at Texas Rangers
* Detroit Tigers at Los Angeles Dodgers

Interestingly enough, five games (Angels/Cardinals, White Sox/Marlin, Twins/Brewers, Nationals/Orioles and Rockies/Royals) are starting in the afternoon and will be broadcast locally. Three others (Blue Jays/Diamondbacks, Giants/Athletics and Padres/Mariners) will be shown late and also broadcast locally.

This leaves only 2 games, the Astros/Rays and Reds/Indians, that won't be seen on television Saturday. Seems pretty lame to me.

Wouldn't even matter. The Reds/Indians game won't be televised by anyone on Saturday. It's life, I know, but it's still a shame.
