Just wanted to give you guys a heads up. I plan on upgrading the forum software to vbulletin in the next few weeks. I think I am going to purchase a license and download it at some point this week and mess around with it on my own. When I get a chance I am going to create a "dev" environment that I will only give you guys access credentials for to mess around with it and learn the new admin functions and all that happy horseshit. I'll keep you posted.

IP check system that works like the one we have now - LJ
Banned users list like the one that I posted a link to from OT - LJ (definitely like this one, wall of shame)
Let me google that for you - fan_from_texas (this one made me LOL when I saw it)
top 5 posters this month - fan_from_texas (another good one, there were a few "top poster" mods that looked good.

There are some sweet vB addons that I think will drastically improve our chances of getting called up to the Major Leagues.

If you want, start going through this list (http://www.vbulletin.org/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=245) and posting add-ons that you think would be beneficial for us here. We can compile a good list and I can download them all in one swoop.

I like the Auto-PM moderation bit. I'm kinda lazy about sending PMs and ALL YOU PEOPLE are always telling me that just calling people fucktards as my form of moderation really isn't helping out with potential situations.

I just purchased the new software. It should go through within the next hour or so. I am going to start working on getting a dev environment set up right now so we can mess around with it for a week or two before putting it live.
