Hard to get it out tonight in Pitt. The extension on the top of the wall kept it in for a triple with one out for Bruce. And Gomes fails to get it deep enough for the run.

Good job by Ramon to pick up Gomes and get the RBI!

And the double causes the walk to Janish and lets the Reds turn over the batting order. Very good inning!

Reds looking good tonight. Cueto especially seems like forever since he pitched last.

If Heisey gets his head down on the slide, he gets his 2nd SB, and the Reds have an inning going.

Bruce making good progress. Has a good AB vs. the lefthander, getting 2 RBI getting the lead up to 5.

I think not, unless he can do it in less than 100 pitches. With a five run lead, there is no sense in taxing Johnny over 100.wildcats20 wrote: Does Johnny go for a CG tonight??

Only 7 pitches that inning, 1,2,3 in the 7th. Will Dusty pinch hit for Cueto who is up 2nd?

So that takes him to 83 through 7, I say what the hell let him go. Unless of course he goes for 15+ in the 8th.

Oh shit!!
Johnny with an infield single and then almost gets lapped on Heisey's bomb to left.

The only players in the Reds line-up to not get hits so far tonight are the pair of right handed .261 hitters!

it will be interesting to see if stubbs gets the start tomorrow, probably so since it's a day game.
