My soon-to-be wife is fighting with her sister (who just happens to be the maid-of-honor at our wedding). It's been brewing for awhile now and they've really been going at it tonight.
How do you keep from punching your sister-in-law in the tit when she's acting like a bitch?

You could just squeeze the tit or tits instead of punching it, just a thought

Do not hit your sister-in-law in the tit.
A well placed shot between the tits might calm her down.

Call your soon-to-be father-in-law and invite him over for a beer.

Or, put the sister-in-law in her place. Tell her the wedding doesn't need her, so calm the fuck down of GTFO.
I actually did that with my brother-in-law and his fiance.

My father-in-law was too heartbroken (and drunk) after the Penquins loss today to go out for a beer.
And I basically told my sister-in-law that we don't need her and if she wants to keep acting like a cunt then I don't want her in my wedding. That only seemed to upset my fiancee more.
Should I stay out of this or am I in the right telling my sister-in-law that she's acting like a bitch? After their fight tonight, my fiancee cried for hours. She hadn't cried that hard since her mom passed away. I couldn't stand seeing her so upset...and felt I had to speak up.
Looks like I'm starting things off in this family with a bang.

You gain nothing by punching her or telling her she's a bitch. Let it play itself out.
She's going to be your sister-in-law forever. After your future wife and your future sister-in-law kiss and make up you don't want to be the only bad thing they remember from the squabble.

Bad move Sherm, I'm sure you meant well, but she probably wasn't looking or needing for you to fix it for her, just for you to be there and support her. Con_Alma nailed it.

I probably would've just stayed out of it, but been there to console my fiancee'.

After being married for over 10 years, if there is only one thing I've learned, its stay out of your wife's/fiance's fights with her family.
Be there to console her, listen to her, agree with her "side" but don't get in the middle.
In the end the "in-law" will be upset with you and so will the wife.

some great ideas. but IMO, if any situation has ever called for a cunt punt, it's this.
