Premiere is about to start. From the looks of the previews, this is the kind of show I will love. Anyone else looking forward to it?

wasn't too bad...kind of a skewed/off-kilter freak show a la "Twin Peaks"..........
the previews for the coming weeks looked better than tonite's show.
(isn't that the way it always is)...

I didn't watch it but it looks similar to the show Harper's Island (I think that was the name) that was on a year or so ago. It was on for maybe 8 weeks then done. Does this one just last a short time too? If it's anything like Harper's it should be pretty good.

Agreed on the Harpers Island comparisons. After last nights I got that kind of feel from Happy Town although to my knowledge ABC hasn't come out and said it is only an X amount of weeks show the way CBS made it clear Harpers Island was.

Speaking of Harpers Island...I know it got bad ratings and reviews but I nutted over that show. If Happy Town is half as good as I thought Harpers Island was, then I'll be glued to my TV every Wednesday.

Was not too impressed. Some of the acting was AWFUL! Telling the woman that her husband died, while she's still working, doing her job? Um, NO!
