Art II will add to Goodell's penalty...because the Rooneys know that they will lose a portion of their fan base...in particular...the female fan base. #2, don't kid yourself....there are a boatload of people that will never where that #7 again. NO..espn said they WANT a top 10. 4 to 6 games is a little harsh IMO. Vick, who was convicted and did time, got 6 games and it was reduced to 2 with good behavior and following through with any stipulations the league mandated. I thinking the same happens to Ben, he follows through with what ever counciling he has to do and it will be reduced to 2 games.

Absolutely. Proven QB talents like Roethlisberger are difficult to find.The Steelers may lose some female fans if they keep him, but they will lose a lot of male fans if they don't. The NFL is all about winning and the Steelers won't win without Roethlisberger.No one. I think trading Roethlisberger to keep an "image" is stupid.

Aren't there conditions available to Roethlisberger which will reduce the suspension?
