Wade is frustrated. Once you win a title, you're frustrated the second it's taken away and every second until you get another. Wade is a smart man. He's been patient, and knows that help is on the way. Honestly, if Wade leaves, Miami will still end up being a playoff team. They've got that much money and a nice location to lure good players. As a Heat fan, I'm not sweating much. It'll take a lot of FA's passing on Miami for him to leave. I don't see Pat striking out that much... even if those guys will get paid less to come to Miami.
