Would you stay with the Miami Heat for the right price?

I'd stay if they can bring someone else in who would actually help me.

If not, I'm gone and not thinking about looking back.

Different situations...

One is playing in his home town; while the other has a chance to go play in his home town.

One is playing for a franchise that has showed the past few years it will do anything and everything to win and will make smart moves. The other hasn't done too much lately to speak of.

Honestly I'd go if I were him. He already brought a title to Miami. It would be a sweet situation to be in.....Chicago is only a few pieces away from a being pretty solid team.

Is it safe to call Michael Beasley overrated for how high he was drafted. Did KSU mess him up by having him listed as 6'8"/6'9" coming out of college?

LOL, anyone who calls Beasley a bust automatically loses all cred in the NBA argument.

And I'd be willing to put money on D-Wade playing in Miami next year with the exception of him leaving to play with LeBron somewhere--but I don't see that happening either.

Beasley isn't as good as most expected, but he's hardly a bust.

From the little I've read, Chris Bosh is heading to Miami, so that makes them significantly better immediately.

Ok...

He's 21 years old, playing in his 2nd year and has career averages of 14 and 6. Not a bust. Hasn't lived up to the hype yet, but calling him a bust is simply false. It's not a good idea to have LeBron James set the standard for young players anymore--if he does, then people end up talking out of their ass the way you just did.

he was supposed to be the next big time player, so not living up to that hype makes him a bust in my eyes

Thanks for answering my question so quickly.

I think Beasley is alright, no way a bust, but I'd rather be playing with D. Rose if I were Wade.

He's only 21. 14 and 6 this early is great. Like I said, he's not LeBron. We had that class with some major playmakers and that became the bar. It's too high, not every class is going to outdo the last--that class will be the best in the history of the league for years.

Yeah, players in that class set the bar for rookies. There were so many good ones that you had to be THAT good that young. That's not how it works, it was just an exceptional class. What Beasley has done before his 22nd birthday is GREAT for the real standards of the league. I bet you Pat Riley wouldn't tell you he's a bust.
