What is the etiquette for having midgets at a party?

For my bachelor party, the original plan was for my shortish friend to box a real kangaroo, but I don't really talk to that guy anymore so I doubt he will agree to it. Was thinking of subbing in a midget: anyone have the scoop?

It is generally frowned upon to chuck them?

Never had a midget for a party, but a friend of mine had a midget deliver flowers and sing to his gf on her birthday

Yes, I would say that chucking a midget would be frowned upon.

I went to a Kick The Midget party one time in Cincinnati. He was paid handsomely for his bruises.

Oh boy ....

See what I'm dealing with? Most women just have to worry about a stripper or two, I got the man who wants midgets. :dodgy:

And I believe the correct term is little person.

Oh, there will be strippers .... in between a riveting duel between a midget wearing Apollo Creed red, white and blue trunks and a kangaroo ... probably in Tijuana, for legal reasons of course :)

Well be it that my fiance is likely to end up in a SONA like prison ala "Prison Break," I'm now accepting marriage proposals from the free huddle nation. :P

they're not real. you can do whatever you want with them

I once had one as a pet, then I got bored and my dad flushed it down the toilet for me.

No, but at a local grocery store, I see one in there often stocking cola and stuff. Every time I see the wee fellow, it brings a grin to my face and I imagine that he'd be a hit at parties if you dressed him in a funny costume and had him do goofy stuff.

Back when I lived in Chicago we hired a midget from Milwaukee to go bar hopping with us in BFE Illinois on a party bus for a friends birthday. He wore a sombrero that had chips and salsa on it and walked around. It was awesome!

That's a great idea. I wish I would have thought of that for this weekend. It's probably too late to track down a midget now.

This guy's probably a little pricey considering his celebrity status but it might be worth looking into for your party needs.
