It's weird that I have expectations with the browns.

The Lodge
4/10
Maybe it's just me, but as much as I love horror movies, I cannot stand these so called "atmospheric" horror movies like the witch, hereditary and now... The Lodge.
I get that they are different, but they lack something..... Like they aren't scary, just boring

posted by Laley23I wonder how long it will last with the price increase and cutting out the new release blockbusters. Anyway, mine was definitely worth it. Got 26 movies in since I signed up in November.
I think if they would have started out not allowing admittance to the big releases on opening weekend... They would have had a better chance of getting backed by the studios.
Why would the studios wanna share money on movies like infinity war when they will have full theaters regardless.
I think they are done. Everyone seems to be cancelling and you know with the fiscal state of the company... No one new is joining.
With moviepass on life support, I decided to dig up this thread to see if people got their money's worth out of it.
I got 23 movies out of it so I'm not disappointed. And even though it will probably be gone shortly, I think it served it's purpose. It's led to amc, cinemark and others offering programs. Granted, they aren't nearly as good.... But something is better than nothing.
Skyscraper 5/10
Hilariously over the top....
There's no stopping a one legged Rock
I can't think of anyone that has had the staying power of denzel.
I also agree that the first equalizer is a hundred times better than the 2nd.
My favorite movies of his are
1. American gangster
2. Training day
Big drop off....
3. Remember the Titans
The one movie of his that I didn't like is Fallen

Agreed, i was pleasantly surprised by Jumanji. I have zero expectations for the upcoming Purge movie, but hopefully it is a surprise as well.

No real jobs that I can think of, but I know this...
I left my last job that was stable, easy and i was surrounded by great people for a lot more money.....and it is an absolute shit show every day. Looking back, these lower tier jobs are probably less money, but a happier life.

posted by Laley23Hasn’t McCollum states he wants to try and play with all guys from NE Ohio? He admitted its impossible, but maybe there is something to him coming home.
- Curry
- McCollum
- James
- Sampson
- Nance
- Rozier (6th man)
Lol, that team would fucking win a title. Crazy.
I can honestly say that I don't want Curry on the Cavs. My hatred for him outweighs anything.
