Just curious what everyone is planning to do with your stimulus check, if you're getting one?

I'm putting all of mine in long term savings (bitcoin). My wife is planning on buying a few gift cards for local restaurants, not sure what else.

We are just going to use ours to pay off some debt.

Was really awesome to see we only lost $70 for making about $15K over $150K last year.

Wow, it doesn't phase down quickly.

Yeah after seeing that was very happy we had already filed for 2019... because we also got the $500 for our daughter. I was definitely expecting for it to be a lot less.

Not sure what we'll do with ours. Maybe put it into our Roth? Potentially just keep it in handy if we we have a relocation in the future. Lastly, maybe just add a shower into our house in hopes of selling it in the near-ish future.

Probably try and save most of it. Want to buy either the new Xbox or PS when they come out.

THe object of the money is to spend it.

Paying off debt, investing it etc.....doesnt help the economy get back on track and get jobs flowing again.

Buying the AR-15 I keep wanting to purchase. Probably will help out some family members with much of the rest.

No real plans at the moment. Probably add it to my party money or put it towards whatever my next big future purchase winds up being, but can't say I've come up with any concrete ideas of what to do.

Using it to pay for my family's vacation to the Caribbean. Originally planned for July, but maybe more like August or September now.

Haven't got ours yet.

I'll be saving mine for now. There's still a chance my hours get cut or I'm laid off. If/when that passes, I've got my eye on PDO threads.

Depends on what I get from unemployment/how long that lasts. Definitely replenishing anything we need to deplete to pay rent/credit cards each month. If anything left over, I guess we will go to our favorite restaurants when they open.

Gonna make a mortgage payment out of some of it. Need a new trimmer for lawn, new kids clothes, have a ceiling fan installed in daughters room. Dumb stuff like that.
