Trade ideas in the Daily Dime Live on ESPN.com are getting redic too. A fan said "Source says it will be Hickson, Jawad and Z for Lopez and Amare". The Suns True Hoop blogger quickly shot that one down.

99.9% of the shit we've heard in the last week has been on that same level. Almost all of it is bullshit, this is why I hate the trade deadline. Yeah, excitement, whatever. But too much false reporting and no one ever has to answer from it. And I'm not talking about guys like us who sit here and come up with ideas, or that guy on ESPN. I'm talking about professional journalists who want to be the one to break a story and they lead people to believe anything that they may have heard from a guy on the street.

And that is why?

There is no reason for the Suns to accept the Cleveland deal now.

And Ferry knows this so he has Jamison, Murphy, and Maggot set up. The guy isn't an idiot.

If Cleveland really wants Amar'e they will wait until Thursday.

NY/HOU getting closer to a deal:

The New York Knicks are finalizing a deal that would send Jordan Hill, Larry Hughes and Jared Jeffries to Houston for Tracy McGrady (cont)

Fro, Chris Mannix (SI).

Exactly. The Suns are in the drivers seat here, not the Cavs. If you want the guy you'll have to wait--why would the Suns shop a player like Amare and not wait for any offer they can get? There are as many offers made on Thursday as there are the entire week leading up to it.

Ha no.

NY is setting up for a huge fail especially if Cleveland gets Amar'e.

NY will have money to sign two max players combined with a bunch of piss poor min guys. They now have no 1st rounder in 2010 and 2012 along with a swapped pick for 2011 with Houston.

They have 17.5 committed and two max contracts are around 34.5 mil. That is a ton of money with a team having no depth at all imo.

LeBron to the Knicks is just about finalized. A team with LeBron, Bosh, Lee, Gallinari, Wilson Chandler, a veteran PG who will sign for the MLE to get a ring. Trading for Amare, resigning Amare, and winning a title is our only chance of keeping him, and even then I doubt he would stay.

LOL.

LeBron, D-Wade, Bosh..

Someone write this down, because I guarantee I'm right. None of the above will be playing for the NY Knicks next season.

Well, yes, but I have been shit on my whole life as a sports fan in Cleveland, so I have been waiting for the other shoe to drop for a long time. But looking at that team, that starting 5 is better than Cleveland's this year, and they will get veterans in there cheap to play with LBJ and Bosh to fill out the roster.

I would not be the least bit suprised to see two of the three playing in Blue and Orange next year

If Lebron re-ups with Cleveland, and Miami doesn't get A'Mare...D-Wade and Bosh will go to NY

If D-Wade re-ups with Miami, and Cleveland doesn't get A'mare...Lebron and Bosh will go to NY

If Cleveland gets Amare, but doesn't win a title...Lebron and Bosh will go to NY

I think Bosh is pretty much a lock to go to NY next year....it's just a question of who they get to go with him

Other possibilties if NY doesn't get Lebron or D-Wade:
Joe Johnson
Manu Ginobili
Richard Jefferson(ETO)
Carlos Boozer

LMAO, LeBron isn't going anywhere near NY unless its for an away game. Its just not going to happen. Yeah it may be cool to play with another star but then you have zero depth, no 2010 pick, a non lottery 2011 pick, and no 2012 pick. NY will also have to denounce the rights to Lee which then they would not be able to re-sign him for what he is worth along with two max stars.

3 year deal come June to re-sign with Cleveland.

I'll go with the people close to the situation that say the 3 year deal will happen in June after the season is over.

LOL, so next time we have an epic offseason like the one upcoming, the team that clears the most cap space is automatically going to get two of the best 3 players? Stupid assumption, I'm telling you, none of them will play for the Knicks. Don't believe me, that's fine, just wait and see.

And there is absolutely nothing that could lead anyone to believe that LeBron is 50/50 right now, at least not anyone who is actually well read on the subject. If you're lead to believe anything it's that it's more like 95/5 in favor of him signing back in Cleveland. And let me make this clear again because I know it means everything to some people--I am not the diehard Cavs fan that is praying for LeBron to stay. If he leaves, I won't be heartbroken. So I'm not saying that with some false hope, I'm saying that because will all of the information at hand to a normal person, LeBron is leaning heavily towards staying.

Who are these people close to the situation??

I'll believe it when I see it

I've been saying this since last summer when they traded for Shaq:

If Cleveland doesn't win a title this year...Lebron will be gone

So the starting 5 would be..

PG-Vet
SG-Chandler
SF-LeBron
PF-Bosh
C-Lee

Bench-Gallinari, Toney Douglas, Eddy Curry...

yep this works...
